- 1/4 cup Kraft Signature Red Wine Vinegar & Thyme Dressing
6 cups packed torn spinach leaves
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion rings
2 Tbsp. Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
1 - Microwave dressing in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 to 50 sec. or until hot.
2 - Pour over combined spinach, mushrooms and onion in large bowl; toss to coat.
3 - Sprinkle with bacon.
Excellent source of vitamin A, good source of vitamin C and iron, moderate dietary fibre from the spinach!
To use spinach for a salad, thoroughly dry the leaves, either in a salad spinner or by shaking off the excess moisture, laying them out on a double layer of paper towels, then blotting the surface dry.
